Word Shamble 
I’m heading out now to buy my first ever People’s Friend magazine, Lynn! I used to buy the annual for my Mum every year when I was a teenager, though. I didn’t read any stories – I was too into fantasy for any of that; however, 36 years on I am strangely excited… cos I think you’re writing is rather special!

I got my copy on Wednesday. I was very excited to read your story. It has great characters and it kept me turning the page. Also, it has the lovely sensory moments you do so well, bringing the characters to life. I’m hooked and will be looking out for the next instalment.

Congratulations, Lynn!!! 🙂 I went out and got my copy at the weekend, but have only now had a moment to read it. It’s a fantastic start to a serial, thoroughly gripping and enthralling. I can’t wait to read the next part! The characters are engaging and the story has that gothic-ness you write so well. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
